According to the bulletin of the National Council of Secretaries of Health (Conass) released on Saturday (27), Brazil recorded 1,109 more deaths by COVID-19, making total reach 57,070.
The Tell it also points out that 38,693 new people infected with coronavirus were counted, making total cases reach 1,313,667.
In friday’s bulletin (26), the death toll had dropped from the mark of 1,000 victims after three days, being counted 990 deaths. In relation to the cases, 46,860 more people were registered.
The lethality rate of COVID-19 is 4.3%. The mortality rate (per 100,000 inhabitants) is 27.2, while the incidence rate (per 100,000 inhabitants) is 625.1.
Rio anticipates opening of trade
São Paulo is the state most affected by the epidemic in Brazil, with 261,581 cases and 14,263 deaths. The state and the capital began a process of easing the quarantine.
Then, Rio de Janeiro, with 108,803 cases and 9,789 deaths. In the municipality of Rio, the city anticipated the opening of street trade and salons and barbershops for this Saturday (27).
According to the Ministry of Health, 715,905 people are considered cured of COVID-19, while 540,692 patients are under follow-up.
