Much has been said about the possibility that Brie Larson is suggesting to Marvel Studios the idea of moving forward with a cast UCM movie composed of the heroines of the House of Ideas.
Now it seems that actress Scarlett Johansson has also stated that she is in favor of such a project. Although her character has no big future after her solo movie (save for some miracle or multiverse intervention), the Avenger stated during an interview with Variety, who is really trying to help this project gain legs:
"I don't know what my future is in this universe. It's obviously a bit more opaque to my character. But this group of actresses is incredibly powerful, and when they come together it's explosive and unstoppable. So, yes, I'm try to make it happen. I think the audience wants this movie and so do I. "
In Avengers: Endgame, we see a powerful scene where all of UCM's living heroines came together during a great battle against Thanos and his army, offering us one of the most memorable and chilling moments in the movie.
Johansson's interest in continuing on the Marvel poster will certainly also be financially motivated as, thanks to Black Widow, she is the highest paid actress of the past two years.
