But the striker revealed that he could have left Stamford Bridge earlier.

"The only real official offer I received from Barcelona last year after the World Cup," said Willian DAZN.
Barcelona did make an offer to Chelsea, but it was rejected.
“This was the only time I had to discuss something like this with my family, although we really enjoyed it here [London]. So there were several factors that helped us stay.

Willian recently played his 300th game for the Blues, but faces an uncertain future.
Chelsea have not yet offered a new deal to the Brazilian and with coach Frank Lampard trusting his youth there is no guarantee he will receive any new terms.
Willian joined Shakhtar Donetsk's Chelsea in August 2013 and has since won two Premier League titles, the Europa League, an FA Cup and a League Cup.
